Real Estate Broker Inspection Authority is Hiring a Case Officer

The Real Estate Broker Inspection Authority is a government agency located in Karlstad. We have about 30 employees who contribute to good real estate brokerage practices in the housing market. You can read more about our mission on our website www.fmi.se (http://www.fmi.se).

At the Real Estate Broker Inspection Authority, we work with the registration and supervision of real estate brokers and real estate brokerage companies.

We also have an important mission to develop and disseminate knowledge about good real estate brokerage practices. In our operations, we primarily target real estate brokers and companies as well as consumers in housing transactions, namely buyers, sellers, and prospective buyers. Our goal is to increase consumer protection in housing transactions.

Job Responsibilities

As a case officer with us, you will be involved in several of the agency's work processes and tasks. You will process applications for registration and deregistration. Ongoing administration and contact with external parties will be a common feature of your daily work. Your Competence Profile

We are looking for someone with a university degree in law or another education that we consider relevant. You have experience working with case management in public operations. You are used to actively communicating with external target groups and working with digital tools. You express yourself well in both speech and writing. If you have experience working with real estate broker issues, it is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is self-assured and can work in a changing work situation. You are a meticulous, unpretentious team player who contributes to good collaboration. You are receptive and want to learn from others' experiences and ideas. You take initiative and drive issues and processes forward to achieve results. Your communication skills are excellent. You can tailor messages and content to the audience's conditions and needs.
